District Cross Country

Date: 22nd May

Time: 9.00am

Cross country is a long-distance running race held on natural terrain. Students who place 1st to 4th in their local school cross country carnival qualify to advance to the district level, where they compete against other schools.

P&C AGM

Date: 28th May

Time: 6.00pm Online

Annual General Meeting, is a yearly gathering where members review reports, elect office bearers, and make important decisions for the organisation and school.

Recitation Day- Grenfell Public School

Date: 4th June

Time: 9.30am- 2.00pm

Recitation Day is a special event where students participate in the Henry Lawson Festival in Grenfell by standing before an audience to recite an Australian poem they have rehearsed. This experience encourages students to develop their confidence, public speaking skills, and appreciation for Australian literature, while celebrating the legacy of Henry Lawson and the broader cultural heritage.
